The Green Drug Task Force Human Trafficking Awareness committee invites parents, teens, and the community to this important event to understand what human trafficking looks like in our area. This event will take place on Saturday, October 14, 10:00 a.m. (doors open at 9:45 a.m.) at Green High School Auditorium (1474 Boettler Road, Uniontown, OH). Learn what human trafficking looks like locally. Hear from nationally renowned experts. Learn to recognize the signs of trafficking. Gain insight on how traffickers manipulate and control victims. Listen to firsthand accounts from local survivors. This event is FREE.

Please join our parish community as we pray the Liturgy of the Hours Vespers (Evening Prayer) once a week on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. in the church. Evening Prayer (also called Vespers) is part of the Liturgy of the Hours, also known as the Divine Office. In the Liturgy of the Hours, the Church fulfills Jesus' command to "pray always" (Luke 18:1; see also 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Through this prayer, the people of God sanctify the day by continual praise of God and prayers of intercession for the needs of the world. Do not worry if you are unfamiliar with praying the Liturgy of the Hours –guidance will be provided.
