Homestead Hospice (formerly Clear Path) is sponsoring a Dementia/Alzheimer's Support Group for anyone with a loved one who suffers from Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease.  To be held the 2nd Thursday of each month starting September 10 from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm.  These will be held at Queen of Heaven Church in the Parish Life Center with proper social distancing.  Weather permitting we may also hold them outside on the grounds or under the church pavilion.
