Pope Francis has announced the he, along with the all Bishops of the world, will simultaneously consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to The Immaculate Heart of Mary, on March 25th, the Feast of the Annunciation. This will take place at the Vatican and in Fatima, Portugal, at 5:00 PM which is 12:00 noon our time.
